The Intuvo 9000 Gas Chromatography (GC) system is designed for fast gas chromatography and high throughput while simplifying laboratory workflows. Intuvo's quick couplings eliminate column maintenance and replace columns in one minute. Parabolic direct column heating reduces GC cycle time and improves reproducibility.

 

Intuvo's built-in intelligence reduces operational and maintenance costs through self-guided diagnostic troubleshooting and early maintenance feedback. The smart key recognizes the exact instrument configuration and column parameters, helping to reduce user errors.

Working Principle:
Rapid direct column heating

Intuvo uses an efficient direct heating system that uses less than half the power of conventional gas chromatography, while significantly reducing the amount of heat released back into the laboratory. This not only reduces power consumption and costs, but also significantly reduces the need for laboratory HVAC systems.

No sealing gasket connection
Leaks from misconnected gaskets can lead to unplanned shutdowns, which can cause significant laboratory time and financial losses.The combination of two flat end-face seals and a torque wrench ensures proper tightening for a leak-free seal. The click and tactile feedback of the torque wrench indicates that it has been properly connected, so there is no need to waste time guessing or worrying about overtightening or leakage.

No column cutting is required
The Intuvo chip guard column eliminates the need for column cutting, thus saving time. Where the protective column shines is in an innovative metal microfluidic chip. This guard column provides a one-meter inert flow path between the injector liner and the column to capture sample residues. Regular replacement prevents sample contamination from reaching the Intuvo GC column stigma and eliminates the need for column cutting.
