1260 Infinity II Prime Liquid Chromatography System

The 1260 Infinity II Prime liquid chromatography system is a high-performance, general-purpose liquid chromatography instrument that provides powerful functionality and great operational ease for analytical HPLC and entry-level four-element UHPLC at pressures up to 800 bar and flow rates up to 5 mL/min. This general-purpose HPLC system gives you confidence in your analytical results and is an ideal front end to mass spectrometry systems.

The UHPLC system has gradient and mixing performance comparable to the 1260 Infinity II binary system. Both quaternary and ternary solvent blends are available, and features such as Agilent's Intelligent System Simulation Technology (ISET) enable ideal method transfer. BlendAssist uses 1290 Infinity II universal pump technology for automatic flow phase mixing.

Combining the advantages of the 1260 Infinity II quad and 1260 Infinity II binary systems, it offers excellent accuracy and precision at pressure ranges up to 800 bar and flow rates up to 5 mL/min.
2.The pump uses Agilent's proprietary Intelligent System Simulation technology (ISET), which enables seamless method transfer between different brands of liquid chromatography systems, providing the same retention time and peak separation.
3.Simplified workflow: The pump-driven BlendAssist feature accurately mixes buffers/additives without human intervention.
4.Reduce manual intervention: Software cleaning of the instrument with the multi-function valve built into the 1260 Infinity II all-purpose pump.
5.Ultra-low cross-contamination: The new 1260 Infinity II Multisampler, rated at 800 bar, has a multi-cleaning feature that cleans all relevant injection parts between runs. This advanced integration flush-out of the needle with three solvents and a needle seat recoil procedure successfully reduces residue to less than 10 ppm.
6.Efficient sample handling and flow: The 1260 Infinity II Multisampler features a shallow microplate drawer that can hold up to 16 microplates and 6,144 samples, far exceeding the capacity of any existing system.
7.Efficient column handling and temperature control: The 1260 Infinity II high capacity column temperature chamber can accommodate up to four columns, and each column can be operated directly with the InfinityLab Quick Change switch valve without disconnecting and reconnecting the column.
