Working Principle:
Method transfer between instruments using ISET
In liquid chromatography, suppliers upgrading to a new technology (e.g. from HPLC to UHPLC) or replacing LC equipment require time-consuming and laborious method transfers. With the Agilent 1290 Infinity II liquid chromatography system based on Intelligent System Simulation Technology (ISET), HPLC or UHPLC systems can be simulated without changing the LC stack.
